Full Body Therapeutic Massage
During the session we use beautiful natural oils or your choice of NZ made Tui massage balms to gently work on your muscles, soft tissue and any areas of focus you need. Our signature massage lowers adrenaline which reduces stress and tightness carried in the body.
By experiencing this blissful therapy, you aren't just prioritising your wellness, massage stimulates nerve endings, prompting the nervous system to release endorphins that act as natural pain killers. Therapeutic touch supports circulation, lymphatic flow and relaxes tense muscles.
Duration: 60 minutes - $90 or 90 minutes - $120
Back, Neck & Shoulders
When you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, the physical relief that massage brings can help you feel more like you again.
This treatment reduces tension across your back and connective tissue, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and restored.
Duration: 30 minutes - $50
Legs & Feet
There's nothing more soothing for tired, achy legs and feet than a good massage. Even better is outsourcing this to a trained masseuse who knows how to manipulate the muscles in just the right way to bring ultimate relief.
Regular massages help alleviate "heavy legs" sensation, reduce swelling, and accelerates muscle recovery.
